Education Projects

Ensemble 360 engages with young people from nursery age through to sixth form.

With Polly Ives, Music in the Round’s Education and Outreach Manager, they lead Music Box workshops for children aged 2-7 across South Yorkshire for Music in the Round.

Come In! workshops are aimed at junior and special needs schools across the UK, introducing our instruments and talking about the different elements in music.

As part of their residency with Music in the Round, Ensemble 360 have led several Bring & Play events, given Masterclasses for talented young instrumentalists and University students and lead String Weekends including exploring Elgar’s Introduction and Allegro and Piazzolla’s Four Seasons of Buenos Aires.

As part of our ongoing residencies at Sheffield and Huddersfield University we have given many performance masterclasses and coaching sessions. We have also directed A Chamber music week with Aldeburgh Young Musicians in Suffolk, discovering, rehearsing and performing French music.
